this song means more to me than any song i've ever written. i was in a dark place, with heartache, displacement, and stress. and to make matters worse, i couldn't write a song to save my life. then one night these words just spilled out. they lack decoration, but i don't care. the song's chord progression just repeats over and over, like the days of this year's winter.

i release the song now, as i get ready for a wonderful, warm future! i hope it can pull you out of a dark place. as with all music, please listen with headphones or in the car.
